Nocturnal multiple turning discs afford user the ability to tell time at night for navigating . Larger outside plate is repousse copper – revolving plates profusely engraved. Metal maybe zinc.. Extremely rare. 15th or 16th c .. can be used in conjunction with other instruments for navigation. May have had a central pointer originally. About 11 inches.
